IMPORTING – IT’S MY FIRST TIME DOING THIS – WHAT DO I DO ?
There are some Basic Documents that are required to complete the customs declaration
copies of these can be sent to Customs Brokers ASAP ( us ) via email
- Air – Airway Bill
- Sea – Bill of Lading
- Post – Postal Notification Letter
- Carry on – Australian Customs Receipt
- Overseas Invoice, Packing List, Packing Declaration ( Sea )
- Dependant on the goods there might other documents required – but we’ll let you know
- Complete our letter of Authority – Australian Customs requirement
- Customs declaration will be completed – ( Duty , Customs GST and Customs declaration fee, if applicable )
- Pay the Overseas Freight and Australian destination charges
- Arrange delivery from the cargo station to your address
